• I cannot for the life of me figure out why this image is not working correctly. It seems to be only this image and only with this theme. If you scroll down on the page, the second image (of the circuit board) should be clickable just like the other images. However, only the top half of it is clickable. Depending what size I make it and where exactly I position it, it might get to the point where only the top pixel can be clicked or where none of it can be clicked, but I cannot make it so the entire image is clickable. Further, it shows up in a “gallery” when I click on the top image or this image, which makes no sense since I did not add either image as part of a gallery. I am very confused as to why this is happening. Seems like a theme bug since it’s working correctly in other themes, but could use some advice.

  • Hi there,
it seems you switched to another theme, so cannot really see the issue :/
Generally the images within a post, when clicked, open a lightbox with a “gallery” made up from all the images which are embedded in that post.
The lightbox on click can be disabled in
Appearance -> Customize -> Global Settings -> Image settings -> Lightbox effect on images

    Hope this helps.

I did, sorry. It’s been a slow week at work, so I’ve been fussing with it. I figured out the deal about lightboxes. It seems that what was happening is that the image link would get tied to the line the image was connected to. For example, if I put the image at the beginning of a bullet point that was two lines long, then I can only click the area of the image that lines up with those two lines of the bullet point even though the image is aligned right. This only happens in the Customizr theme for some reason. Ultimately, I didn’t like the image in that location anyway, so I moved it out of the list. Still, it was strange.

    Hi,
    thanks for the feedback ??
I’m not able to reproduce this issue at the moment though :/ I hope I will ??

    Best
