Image Link – cursor doesn’t change to hand/finger

    Hi

    I have 3 simple images with an image link:
    When you hover over these images, the cursor arrow doesn’t change to a hand/finger, and when you hover over the image title the cursor arrow changes to a text editing cursor. Why is this, and how can i get the cursor to respond normally i.e change to a hand/finger cursor?
