    Every gallery image have link option. Just open gallery settings and media manager. When you click on some picture preview in the list on the right side of the media manager you’ll see additional parameters. One of this parameters will be link. There you can specify custom link, different for every gallery image.

    Another additional question where to insert youtube video links?

    When you open gallery settings / media manager click on some of the uploaded gallery image. Every gallery image have list of the additional parameters on the right side you can link and video link option where you can insert youtube video link for every gallery image.
