Image library not displaying properly

The WP Image Library option isn’t working properly for me.
When I try to insert an image from the WP Image Library the library is broken down into folders with abbreviated (meaningless) names.
Then when I click on one of the folders the images are not displaying properly – they’re the little “no image” icons.
It would be much better if the images were not sorted in the way you’ve done it, and the images need to be shown properly so they can be seen before choosing.
