Hi I set up a png image to use with the maintenance mode plug-in. It worked yesterday when I set it up, but today it will not show. The only thing I can see is a question mark where the image should be. Any suggestions to fix this?
The image should appears in the backend text as [caption id="attachment_3364" align="aligncenter" width="928"]Leoni oversees the construction site Leoni oversees the construction site[/caption]

Following that is a lot of code. In the visual area, it cannot be seen.

    Thanks for your help.

It appears here, but not on the page?

The image is back, but the plug-in won’t stay turned on.

    Hi Kimberley,

Apologies for the late reply but I have been away. Are you still experiencing problems with this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Lukas,
Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work. I turned it on and checked it from someone else’s computer but the page didn’t show the maintainence mode (and it isn’t a cached page on that computer – I know that).
    Regards,
    Kimberley

    Hi, Kimberley,

Is there any cache plugin along with the maintenance mode on your website? Or possibly server-side cache?

If you do, sometimes you have to “flush” cache when enabling or disabling maintenance mode.

Your theme might also be affecting the functionality of the plugin. It’s tested to work on the most common WordPress themes but there are some – especially third-party themes that cause problems and the plugin might not work properly.

    Thanks!

    Lukas
