    Hello,
I’m trying plugin to see if it can fulfill my needs before buying the premium version.
I’m trying to make a virtual tour of the inside of a school.
But every image I try gives a bad result. The image start always zoomed in and the height is stretched out.
Also because the image is zoomed in only 1/3t of the height is visible.
I tried multiple different panoramo images: normal, width and 360. And also on my cellpone and on a digital camera.

Anyone knows what the issue is?

Hello @joekams, Thanks for trying the plugin. Can you check if your images are getting cropped when uploading?

If then, you can turn on “Disable WordPress Large Image Handler on WP VR:” from the WPVR Settings panel. Let me know if it helps.

    Hi @joekams ,

Looks like the image you’re using, is not a full 360-degree panorama.

The partial panorama support is a pro feature and if you’re facing any issue with the pro plugin, you can open a ticket on our website.

This forum is for our free users.

The free version will support the full 360-degree images.

If you’re facing any issues with the full 360-degree images on the free version, let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hey @jahirchowdhury,

Are we talking about 360-degree panorama or 360-degree 3D panorama?
U tried both but without any luck.

And my camera quits recording the 360-degree panorama before i’m 360-degrees turned.

What type is used in this demo https://rextheme.com/wpvr/#demo-tour ?
The entrance and store view, cause that’s not just a 360-degree image.
When I try that the floor and ceiling are stretched out.
So I’m wonderering what type f image is used, and with a normal camera?

    Thanks for the help.

    Thanks.
