    Hello!

When I import the listings and preview the site, the images are blurry and distorted. I have already tried regenerating the image thumbnails using the plug-ins you recommended in previous support requests with this issue, and it does not solve the issue. I have cleared cache, and done all basic steps. These are also high resolution images being pulled from the MLS.

Also, I would like to format the search bar to have a bit of padding on each side- right now it is touching the sides of the browser and looks awkward. Please advise on how to edit that!

This is the last tidbit that is keeping this site from going live for my client. Please advise as soon as possible.

  • Within your IDX Broker dashboard, try changing the results photo preferences so that they don’t use thumbnails. This can be done under Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Results Tab. Setting this option to No should help unless your MLS only provides us low resolution photos within the feed. In that case you may need to apply custom css to force the images to only display up to a specific width and height.

That is what the setting already is, and the images are still low resolution.

Can you let me know the css I would need to add and where?

Also- do you have a solution for the size of the search bar that I mentioned in the original post?

[Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]

I have resolved the issue on my own. Here is what I did if anyone has the same issue, I saw quite a few support requests for this issue, so here is maybe another solution someone can try:

Go in to the plug-in editor, go to the wp-listings/includes/wp-listings.css file and locate the following line of code: (should be near the top)

    ‘img{margin:0;padding:0;width:100%;height:auto%;border:none}’

When I changed the height to 100%, the problem was resolved.
