Image is "turned horizonal" when uploaded

    Hi Greg, thanks for making this great plugin, I′m totally new in this, and I have a few questions before buying the mal addon, I hope you can help me.

    First, when uploading a vertical photo, it seems to be turned over to horizontal after upload, like this:

    Next, I′m using Microsoft Edge, and here the upload image button is not working, but the drag and drop is working fine. I can se the button works if I use another browser, but if users are using Edge it won′t work. Is there any way to solve that?

    Last, I looked through topics in the forum because I would really much like to use my own icons for catagories, but I understand that it is not really possible in some easy way.
    Is that opportunity something you would consider making as a paid addon? I would appreciate that very much, and I think others would too ??

    Hi,
    1. most likely the image was taken like that, the plugin only re-sizes images it does not rotate them.
    2. i do not have Edge browser so i can’t check right now, does this happen with any other browser as well? I checked with IE11 and it seems ok?
    3. yes, i do plan to develop an add-on which will allow to use custom icons instead of the default ones although i cannot tell right now when such add-on would be ready.

    Thanks a lot for your quick answers, I′m happy to hear your planning an add-on for the icons ??

    1. Would it be possible then (maybe also via a paid add-on?) for the user to rotate, in an easy way, an image after uploading to the site?

    2. It′s only in Edge there seems to be a problem with the upload button. In other browsers it works just fine.

    3. It sounds really good with your plans on the icon add-on ??

    1. Probably yes, there could be an image editor which would allow some basic operations on the uploaded files (as i think of it this could be really useful), but similarly like with #3 i do not know when this could be developed.
    2. ok thanks for feedback, when i will find some free time to update my Windows i will check this issue with Edge browser.

    Yes, there will be an update (or even few) before new add-ons will be released.
