The website I am responsible for in my company has a few pages. I am new to the company(FYI Please). This one page will not load the gif. I solved it by removing the parameters from the image link and uploading it as an url. Now the second page will render the gif but it is blurred. According to my understanding it is due to the parameters regarding the width(wp-content/uploads/2024/01/LDD_New-v2.gif?w=600&ssl=1) that is causing the issue. But what do I know. I am completely new. Please suggest what steps I can take to troubleshoot?

I can see that you are using Jetpack CDN to optimize images. You can disable Jetpack CDN by navigating to Jetpack → Dashboard → Settings → Performance in your site’s dashboard. If not, try deactivating it altogether. You can use WP Smush as an alternative.
