Image is not resizing. I just purchased pro version

    Hi –

    Just purchased the pro version. The plug in is not working. The thumbnails are getting chopped off while the main image is okay.

    My store is live, so I need quick help. Also, I regenerated all plugins (and the faster option was off).

    Is the plugin not compatible with my version of wordpress?

    Just purchased the pro version.

    The author cannot have this conversation here, they are not allowed to.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
