Image is NOT bigger on zoom

    When we hover over a product image (most of our product images average around 500 x 700 pixels) – – the “magnified” image pops up at the exact same size. We have edited the plugin settings to 1200 x 1200 as I read in another post. We’ve regenerated thumbnails – but still, there is NO zoom or magnifying effect.

    What are we doing wrong? Here is a sample page (site is NOT “live” yet)

    Hi @yukon4,
    please take in consideration that YITH Zoom Magnifier lets you show a more detailed image on mouse over with a zoom ratio that depends both on plugin’s settings and on image size.
    So in cases like yours, when the image’s original size is 500 x 700 pixels, then you can’t have a zoom greater than 500×700 pixels.

    What we suggest you is to upload and use bigger images for products.

    Ah, I wondered about that. Ugggh. Now I’ll have to re-do ALL the images though!
