Image into header

  • Hey everybody.

    I am very new to wordpress…

    I am trying to upload a large image as the banner or header of a site i’m builing using the Vantage Theme.

    Everytime i place it using the editor, (which is only css?) i shows as an article heading..

    Anybody have any clues or ideas on how to acomplish this?
