Image in sidebar

Hello,
I’d like to add an image to my side widget, as I have on this site:

(where I’ve put it in the secondary menu)
I’d like to do that, on this one:https://www.tingleypeppermintpot.com/
but whatever I’m putting text in the text part of the wideget area available to me, it isn’t showing up?
