Image in Footer 2nd column not mobile responsive

Hi. Would you be able to help with getting the featured image displayed in the footer 2nd column of my website mobile responsive? It’s fine on desktop but on mobile, the image doesn’t fill up the box. If you can help me with this, that will be great.
