Image in comments

    When user add images into comments, is it possible to get the image also pres into the mail? Any idea which short-code to use then as the [COMMENT_CONTENT] only contains the actual text and not the added images.

    To clarify, the image is attached as a file and what I understand its not part of content of comments even if its showned in comments content front end. We are using a plugin called Comment Images Reloaded.
