Image importing not working

    Dear Developer,

    First of all I must say that your plugin is awesome. But unfortunately for me during the import the pictures of the Facebook events have not been saved, and appeared. The plugin importing a 0 kB png file only.

    Further more I have checked this with All in one Event Calendar and also with you built-in one, but the issue is the same.

    Could you please help me out? Your prompt answer will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @rady,

    It looks like memory issue on your server. Can you please increase memory limit of your WordPress site and check it again?

    Hi Dharmesh,

    I have already this line in my config file: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

    So I do not think that this is a memory issue.

    Could you please advice?

    The file and media upload is working fine during “normal” procedures.

    The file and media upload is fine means there is no permissions issue. it is difficult to find out the exact issue without wp-admin and server details. we haven’t faced this issue till date so please post here if you find out any useful information about this issue.

    Dear Team,

    My server provider has modified the php.ini file. Now the image file importing is working.

    I have one more question: Is there any chances to add tag choosing possibilities at importing beside the category one?

    Hello @rady,

    Glad to know that issue has been resolved. There is not any way to replace category to tag using admin panel, but you can achieve that by modify a plugin.
