This plugin seems to be deteriorating. It started with not being able to edit the individual items. I just click Edit, and nothing happens. Then the display would default to a single column, even though I saved the column size 3. Now, when adding items, it doesn’t even save the image that I add. Sometimes it seems to save a default image, even when I enter the URL for a new image. Sometimes it saves no image. I tried deactivating and reactivating, but it didn’t help.

Kindly reinstall our Image Hover Ultimate it was a minor bug in the latest update which has already been solved.

If you are using the latest version and facing the issues again kindly reinstall and clear the browser’s cache. Hope your problem will be solved instantly.

Same issue. I am afraid that if I remove and re-install “Image Hover Ultimate” i will loose the already created short codes?

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and my preexisting shortcodes were still available.

However, the specific shortcode I was having trouble with would still not behave.

The solution was simply to copy the shortcode, then it worked fine.

Don’t worry about your image hover files. those files will automatically be available in the latest version and you can manually update or install them without any hesitation.

Hey!
We are using you′re image hover addon. And its works great. But about 2 weeks have i been fault searching. Cause suddenly the “Edit” button next to “Clone” and “Delete” buttons stopped working.

Nothing happens when i click it. And i can see this error in the console. Is this the same error as above? Do i only need to re install the addon?

I can see the addon version in the store is 9.9.1 , the same in out site. error recorded:

@communityrealtions Thanks for the answer, did you just inactivate it? Or remove the addon completely? Did you lose all the short codes with it, or did they remain?

Inactivating didn’t work, so I uninstalled. When I reinstalled, the shortcodes were still available. See above.

@communityrealtions ,sorry misste that part. But you were right.
It worked with removel of the addon and reinstalling it.
And all the Sortcodes were there still. Thanks.
