Image (Hover Effect) Not Linking

I love the Image (Hover Effect) module but the Link URL doesn’t work. If you click the “Read More” on Hover Effect 4 it just tries to link you to the image and not the URL that’s been designated.

How can I fix this? Also, is there a way to change the button text from “Read More” to “Visit”?
