Image hover effect issue. Link won’t open in new tab

  • Hi:

    I have ticked the box that says “open in new tab” but the links open in the same tab. I wonder if anyone could help me to figure this out.

    See the issue at the bottom of the page in the 3 web links, where it says “our work”

    I hope to hear from anyone that can help me.
