Try adding this in Dashboard – Appereance – Customize – Additional CSS in the Customizer

img.attachment-woocommerce_thumbnail.size-woocommerce_thumbnail:hover {
 -webkit-transform: scale(1.1);
 transform: scale(1.1);
}

This is only one possibility of hover effect – zoom in. There are many hover effects. For more details or enhancements, since you use a commercial theme ( Flatsome ), please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
