image has wrong name error

    I am getting a message saying that there are ads with configuration errors. When I edit the ads there is this error message:

    “Responsive is enabled but your banner image has the wrong name.”

    I don’t know how to solve it, please can you advise a solution?

    AdRotate Version 3.11.4
    Wordpress Version 4.2.2
    (Also WPML installed)

  • I have this problem too. Same version setup. My banner is an animated gif, not sure if that’s a problem?

    Edit the adverts with config errors and either use a filename with a correct name or disable the responsive feature.
    Read the description of the responsive option to see how this feature works.
