Image grid/carousel not showing up images in secondary language using Polylang

    Thank you for your useful plugin. I am buiding a multilanguage website using Polylang and I found that the Images Grid/Carousel does not show up the images in the secondary language using the manual query. In the editor I can see the images but once published the images are not visible and it shows a message saying File not found.

    I tried uploading the images directly in the page I am editing and also using the ones already in the madia library and nothing works.

    When I cmoe back to edit the page the slider does not show the images but in the options panel the thumbnails are visible. So I click on the thumbnails, click on the insert gallery button and the images are visible again in the Elementor editor, but after I save the changes in the public page again appears the File not found message.

    This only happens in the secondary language, in the primary, everything works fine.

    Can you help me solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Hi, thank you for your answer, I managed to solve this by changing the settings in Polylang, deactivating the media translation option.
