I assume you insert this slideshow in post editor? If that’s the case you can use text editor tools (located above the editor) to center elements in post/page content.

Yes, I tried that and am still not getting it in the center. Here is a link to a privately published page that I am having difficulty in. I want to add slideshow in every page. I tried full width template but no change.
