Image Gallery and Drag and Drop Feature. Is this part of the core?

    I saw a guy working in WP and uploading images. I noticed he had a ‘Gallery’ tab and was also sorting images in the list by dragging and dropping. He also was able to set the order.

    Is this part of the base install of WP or am I missing a plugin?
