Hello, first, thanks for your plugin, it’s great. But I’m having some trouble retrieving Facebook reviews, the image is not retrieving. All the rest of the connection works fine, and the image from Twitter is also fine, but it doesn’t work from Facebook; there is an empty field in DB at “userpic” or “userpic_small”. The entire recovery process works fine and there are no errors or messages in the debug.

It has been happening for several months, but I had not given it importance until now. I have used a test site with this only plugin active and the same thing happens to me.

What can I test?.

Can you share a link to the Facebook page that you are trying to retrieve reviews from? Also, can you make sure that the PHP copy function is enabled on your server?

Can you try the download again and check the javascript console to see if the image URL is being returned by Facebook? Right-click on the page > inspect > look for the console and then expand the data node. It should look like this screenshot…

Humm, I get it.

I have 2 diferent users for Facebook, one works, and the others fails.
If I use the second user (for Facebook) it works fine, so it is my problem with facebook config privs.
