Image format is lost in articles

Since I updated to the newest WordPress version the images in my articles seem to have lost their size format! They are suddenly shown original size in the posts which destroys the overall look…
The HTML has still the right values. And the issue seems to be present in other html fields (sidebar TextField, too). even after deactivating all plugins it stays the same? How could he html size formats have gotten lost?
Does someone suffer the same issues? Is there a solution?
