    Do you know what version of PHP you are running? Do you have the GD libraries installed? I’ve tested the plugin on IIS with PHP/GD installed and it’s okay. Can you view the web server logs and see what specifically is tripping it up? Error 500 is a very general error code which just means ‘it doesn’t work!’

    PHP version 5.4.21

    My mistake earlier..We’re running Windows, PHP, MySQL & Apache.

    What exactly is GD libraries?

    I’m going back and forth with you and my IT guy to try and figure this out.
