    Why not just upload the image? Inserting images from different sources is not secure.

    Oh I think you understand me wrong. I need a third image if the menuitem is active (the page is showing.) perfect will be if I can add a 4th pic for the hover if the page is showing.

    Hm, it’s not a usual, currently you can make hover image as active, buy if you really need two additional images the plugin should be changed, I’ll not add this to main code because for 99% it’s not needed and will not work with all themes normally. You can hire someone from elance/upwork or do it yourself if you popular with WordPress code, it will not so hard.
