Image field on front end not displaying

Hi and thanks for this excellent plugin.

I am having an issue with the img field. For some reason when the image is added it outputs on the edit screen fine, but when viewed from the front it outputs a funky line of text.

Inspecting the code I see it is outputting an anchor tag in the src of an image field.

I have done a fresh install of WP with fresh install of plugins and changed the theme from Boss to 2015 and it outputs the same no matter what.

Any idea why this is doing this? Some direction would be AWESOME!!!
