Image EXIF informatioin

  • Hi –
    I would like to be able to show exif info for my photos (particularly date taken, exposure, camera, location). All these are standard pieces of metadata for my images/photos. When I upload into Media Library all that info is gone. I have two questions: (1) how can I upload the exif data? (2) how can I make that available to readers who click on an image in a post/page/gallery?

    Well, obviously, if the plugin is for EXIF, and EXIF is removed by default, then the plugin most likely supports keeping the EXIF in the photo. And having done that, it would likely help to display that data which is usually removed.
    Don’t expect WordPress volunteers to know about what is clearly a plugin functionality.

    Sorry to offend. I merely thought someone might have experience with using a plugin that would display exif data.
