Image error when updating profile pic or cover photo

  • Hello

    When uploading image for profile pic or cover photo i have the following error:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /um-api/route/um!core!Files/ajax_image_upload/1dd767e630 was not found on this server.

    Please help.

    Hi @yasin84,

    This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins, please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Please also check that you don’t have empty fields in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Uploads.

    Hello

    I disabled my themes and activated the default “Twenty Fifteen” themes. I also disabled all plugins.

    But the error still there.

    In settings -> general -> uploads also there are no blank fields.
