Can you deactivate all plugins and switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme to see if the issue persists?

i dis-activate all the plugin and image now work fine so what is the solution

After deactivating all plugins reactivate them one-by-one to find the responsible plugin.

It’s because of the plugin seozen i can’t dis activate it
