Image doesn't display at all with Photon (Jetpack 2.5)

Image doesn’t display at all with Photon (Jetpack 2.5)

Image is a very wide, short image used as a graphic element. It’s 1170px X 6px and is on every page.

When I turn off Photon, it shows properly.

Is there a way to exclude that single image from Photon?
