    Hi,

I have been trying Draw Attention and first attempt worked really well. I want to create hot spots on a map.

After trying it, I added some of the hotspots and all worked ok. I then exported the hotspots and imported into live system. I added the map image back and it didn’t work. The map image shows in Edit image and also shows under Hotspot areas, all looks good just doesn’t work on page. The page display shows You need to define some clickable areas for your image.

I delete all the imported hotspots and added one manually but still doesn’t work. Any ideas would be helpful

    Thank you
    Malcolm

    Hello there,

    Could you try double-checking that:
    – The very first area has a shape drawn. Sometimes it’s easy to skip the first area and to draw on the other areas.
    – Your image is saved and is in Publish status
    – Your image isn’t set to Private

If those don’t work please send us an email at [email protected] so we could take a look at this ??

Update: The issue was found and corrected and was related to the import process creating some unexpected data. Once the data was corrected, the image worked as expected. We’ll be releasing a plugin update with a fix for the import issues so they don’t continue happening.
