Image doesn’t change when choosing variation

    Hello Support,

    I manage a fabric website, and the website uses the Smart Variations Images plugin.

    I’ve gone through all of the steps to get this plugin working, including activating SVI via WooCommerce > SVI, setting up the attributes to be used for variations and adding product gallery images one by one.

    Some of the products have only one image, but I’ve given you the link to one fabric product that has two variations / images. When I select the second option in the variation dropdown box on the front-end, the main product image won’t change to the newly chosen variation option.

    Would you be able to help me troubleshoot this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry for my late reply, normally I dont take this long, but I didnt receive any email.
    I see you are using yith_magnifier_zoom you can turn this of since my plugin is not compatible with this.
    I can see that my plugin is active, but it’s not visible on the page, probably due to the yith_magnifier_zoom.

    Hello David,

    That’s no problem about the slow reply.

    You were correct in that the YITH Magnifier Zoom plugin I was using was conflicting with your SVI plugin.

    I’ve disabled the YITH plugin and SVI is working as it should now.
