Image Does Not Appear When Placed In Woocommerce Tabs

    No image appears when I place the shortcode into the “REPLACEMENT PARTS” tab of the WooCommerce tabs. I am using the “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce” plugin to extend the default tabs in WooCommerce. Is there a conflict with this plugin?

    Hello @joemcomber ,

    There’s a limitation in JavaScript where the width and height of an image that’s not visible can’t be detected. Because your image is hidden when the page loads, we aren’t able to detect the appropriate size to render the image and calculate the placement of the hotspots.

    You can add a bit of custom JS code to the site to force the Draw Attention image to recalculate when it becomes visible. We can provide the JS to you, but are you familiar with adding custom JS to your site? If not, we can help you get that added.
