Image Sizes mobile vs desktop

Hello,

I am having doubts regarding de images sizes on desktop vs mobile Version.

As I understand the image loading time is important for SEO, so I find out I have to cut the images according to the box Size. So for Desktop I have a wider area of the image being used, but for mobile I have just a small area.

What should I do, upload the same image twice, and adjust the sizes for mobile and desktop? Or the Astra theme does it authomaticaly?
