Image displays a link in email

Firstly, thanks for making this a free plugin. Good work..
It nearly does what i want and I have read your FAQ but the signature doesn’t display in the email and instead links to it e.g (changed for security reasons)

I am using the following code. The image works, but it’s externally linked rather than showing in the email.
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]Message Body:
[your-message]<img src=”[signature-trinity]”/>
