Image Disappears When Scroll Down

I use fixed widget plugin for my right sidebar widget but the image in the right sidebar disappears when scrolling down. This happens only on tablet and with all browsers. If i disable the plugin the issue goes away. I have tried disabling all other plugins with the fixed widget plugin activated but the issue is still there so it doesnt appear to be a conflict with another plugin.
