    I have set the width and height of my image and yet, every time I insert the shortcode, my image is a square and not a rectangle with the parameters defined

  • Im struggling with image dimension too. Everything looks appropriate on a desktop but unusable on a mobile. Support…please advise. I paid for pro and this is really disappointing thus far.

    I check my shortcode as I get some issues with it. there have some CSS under tabs and mobile version.
    for responsive design, I offer my user to set as like as they want. like, https://prnt.sc/1250qle

    kindly click on a desktop icon and it will show you another 3 icons. click into mobile or tabs settings while there has a custom width like 300px. make it blank to refer desktop size into mobile devices.

    You can customize for mobile or tabs from those settings desktop icon refer for all device until you set custom CSS into mobile or tabs settings.
