Image Database with Structured Metadata

I’m looking for a plug-in that may have a database approach to images / photos similar to a library catalog – rather than just captions and keywords. Basically I want to use a number of fields (some with controlled vocab) for images, such as: Title, Caption, Creator, Source, IP Status, Year of creation, Year of acquisition, Subjects (people), Subjects (geographical), Notes field. Greatly appreciate any assistance. Needs to be easy to set up, and if nothing available as a plug-in it could sit outside WordPress either in the cloud or on my server.
