Multiple Credits when using WPML?

Hello,
I am thinking of purchasing a bundle to optimize my images. However I am using WPML which copies my images from the default language to the translated languages and creates seperate IDs for them.
Means:
Page in Language X points to image sun.jpg (image ID 1)
Page in Language Y points to image sun.jpg (image ID 2)
So both languages point to exactely the same image but each image has its own ID.

Does shortpixel optimize the images based on the ID? So would that means that a single image would count as being optimized twice when using two languages and that Shortpixel “chages” double of the credits it would charge without WPML?
