Image Conditional Logic not available in Builder

Sorry to be bombarding you with questions.
I am reading the Builder documentation for the Image Conditional Logic functionality. The feature is not labeled as PRO but the icon for it is not showing up in the Builder panel for the free version.
Am I doing something wrong?
