    Why do i keep getting this error while compressing images?

    An unexpected response was received from the server. More information has been logged in the browser console.

  • Hi,
    This happens when WP-Optimize cannot interpret the response it gets from the server. It typically happens when there is an error somewhere on the server, or an identification problem.

    If you open you browser console, there should be more information given, also looking at the response of the request in the Network tab of the developer tools should allow you to see what the response actually is, and would help point out the issue.
