    @briannicholson,

    As of v3.2.0, we are temporarily outputting a 1×1 transparent image to satisfy the testing tool. We did this by user request to pass the validator, and have not actually seen Google disregard pages without the image field.

    Be sure you are on at least v3.2.0 – if you are, I’m not sure what the issue might be unless it’s complaining about another piece of metadata that is missing the image field outputting on your page, unrelated to this plugin.

    If you view the source on your page, you should be able to search for /wp-customer-reviews/css/1×1.png and see it being output. If it is not being output, please deactivate + activate the plugin and then check the page again.

    Let me know, very curious what you are seeing and if the above steps helped!

    I’m on Ver. 3.3 but still get this error? A value for the image field is required.

    I too am on the latest version and get the image error and also warning because price range is not available either. Can you please add both of these?

    I’m on Ver. 3.4.1 but still get this error.

    Your plugin is great and I love having the Schema markup! Thank you.

    I am on 3.4.1 and I also get the Schema image error.

    This is just a side note on the Schema. If a page has no reviews on it yet, the Schema is still being implemented via your plugin which gives Google reviewCount errors. See screenshot: https://goo.gl/ExqiaE. It’s just a thought, but you may want to have your plugin not have Review Schema on pages that haven’t collected any reviews yet.

    Thank you and keep up the great work!

    How do you get your rich snippets for review stars to show in Google organic search results please? Thank you
