Image carousel Thumbnail hard 150 x 150 is not showing the full image

I have added image carousel for displaying partners and set the images to thumbnail hard- 150 x 150 , but this crops my most of the images from side and doesn’t display the full images.
What it should do is, display full image in 150 x 150 box with maintaining aspect ratio of the image and fit the image in the box.
An advice for your plugin, It would be great if there is an option for
1) Fit images into the carousel irrespective of the images size, As editing thousands of images is difficult.
2) Center fitted image.
