Image carousel on Modal Box

    I create template with Image carousel and set it to Modal Box, the auto play is not working, how to fix this?

    I also added arrows for the slide but they don’t work neither for the slide nor for the fade

    Hope you’re doing well today ??

    I’ve checked the attached page and I can see the issue with the carousel inside the modal box, but I’m not sure what can cause such a thing as we don’t have any control over the elements inside the modal box. It seems the carousel widget you’re using works only when the widget is visible on page load which doesn’t happen with the modal box widget. So, I recommend contacting their support team so they can check from their end.
