• I’ve just started assisting with the Admin side of Nazari Foundation.

Myself and another user have full Admin rights in WordPress; two users have Editor rights and three others are Authors.

When one user (usually an Editor) adds new images to the site, they add captions to the images. These are inserted into the post, along with the image.

When viewing the post (either in Visual or Text Editor), we can can see the caption and alt-text with the image and they display when viewing the published page.

However, when other users, including the Admins, view the images either using the Add Media window in the Post Edit screen or Media Gallery we can see the image but the Caption and Alt-Text fields are blank.

This is the first site I’ve used with multiple users, so not sure if this is an ongoing issue or something that broke in 4.9.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
