Image captions have width/alignment issues

    Each time I caption an image in Gutenberg, the width and alignment are wrong, affecting layout for everything.

    The visual editor shows the image and caption as intended, with caption centered and roughly two-thirds of the image width. Default to most themes and editors. But when actually displayed on the blog, everything changes.

    I’m running Gutenberg 4.5.1 (UTD) in WP 4.9.8 (UTD) with Parabola theme (Cryout themes) in Chrome browser 70.0.3538.110 (UTD).
