Image by time stamp/catagory title

Quick question. I’m working on this blog: https://www.runjeeta.com/dg and I want to add an image that shows up everytime someone posts, next to the time stamp and catagory title. As you kind of see here: https://www.runjeeta.com/yellowblue.png . Is this doable? I’m not sure how to get this to work at all so any help would be super spiffy.
